Walking backwards through the cosmic mirror: You are on a long and winding journey, you are climbing the highest ladder, you are sailing the widest sea. And yet, you are standing still. Stars and planets rise and set, orbiting around you. The road moves beneath your feet, being pulled by a mysterious force, disappearing behind you. An ever-changing movie is being brought to you, a light show, an entertainment so stimulating and thrilling you cant take your eyes away. And you are creating it! Part of your ingenuity is pretending that youre not creating it, thats its coming magically from nowhere. How creative you are! And how mesmerized by your own briliance.
Close your eyes now. Shut out your senses. Pull away from the stimulation and the changeable instability, and dont follow the waves traveling through time and space. They dont go anywhere that you arent already. Feel your vibration shift as the outer fades — light and color dissolve into sound, which dissolves into the tiny tactile throb. Now that goes too, and there is stillness. In the quiet is a vibration that is so smoooth it has no pulse, no discernable spaces between waves. This is peace. Be with it, and of its own accord, it sweetens. The state, within itself, smiles. That barely curving smile contains the entire love and wisdom of the Divine. It is the first sign of radiance, of soul-shine. Quietly radiating, and smiling because you cant help it. This is you.
The simple life is the one most-real experiencem common to all. It is not the kaleidoscope, not the pliable dream ever-melting and emerging. Real life is at the very bottom any moment, and any moment from the movie can take you there. Feel it: the barely curving smile. Feel it: the slow, quiet shine. In that, knowing wafts around in you. Love is everywhere and unlimited. You dont need to possess any bit of it. You love to let it all drift~ free.
Enter the simple life often and practice staying in it until your mind forgets what time is. The longer you stay, the easier it is to know it as your eternal permanent home. From here, smiling, you watch the kaleidoscope movie tempting you to join it and invest in it fully. You love the movie, but you love the simple life, entirely. Everything here is clear. Knowing the simplicity, you master the frequencies. You love the particles and waves, you ride them and bless them as they move, as knowing moves, in you, without disturbing you, as the butterfly passes on a summer day, as the clouds dissolve and form on the high wind. You are everywhere and everywhere: its simple.
